1. Services Offered

AI Ready CMO provides:

Free Newsletter:

• Daily AI marketing news and analysis (weekdays)

• Weekend edition with frameworks and deep dives

• Distributed via email through Beehiiv

Pro Membership ($19/month or $199/year):

• All free newsletter content

• AI Marketing Leadership Course (8 modules)

• Weekly workshops with transcripts and templates

• Resource library (playbooks, frameworks, toolkits)

• Private Notion learning hub access

• Annual subscribers receive 1 complimentary 1:1 advisory call

Consulting Calls:

• Available as standalone purchase or included with annual membership

• Scheduled by mutual agreement

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are legally permitted to use these services

• All information you provide is accurate

This agreement is void where prohibited by law.

3. Newsletter Subscription

Free Newsletter:

• You can subscribe at any time by providing your email address

• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email

• We reserve the right to remove subscribers who violate our terms

Content Usage:

• Newsletter content is for your personal or internal business use

• You may share individual insights with colleagues

• You may not republish, resell, or redistribute our content without permission

• You may not scrape or systematically collect our content

4. Pro Membership

Access:

• Membership grants access to Pro content during active subscription

• You receive login credentials to access the Notion learning hub

• Access is for your individual use only (not transferable)

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in termination

Content Usage:

• Pro content is licensed for your personal and internal business use

• You may use templates and frameworks in your work

• You may not share Pro content publicly or redistribute to non-members

• You may not resell or commercially exploit our materials

5. Payment Terms

Pricing:

• Pro Membership: $19/month or $199/year

• All prices in USD unless otherwise stated

• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice to existing members

Payment Processing:

• Payments processed securely through Stripe or PayPal

• We do not store your full credit card information

• You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided

Billing:

• Monthly: Billed monthly on the date you subscribed

• Annual: Billed once per year on your subscription anniversary

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Auto-Renewal:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

6. Refund Policy

No refunds are available on any membership or consulting agreement or service delivered. All sales are final.
Customers can self-cancel their subscriptions at any time.

7. Cancellation

How to Cancel:

• Email [email protected] with your name and email address

• Or cancel through your account settings

• We will confirm cancellation within 48 hours

What Happens:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period

• No further charges after cancellation

• You will revert to free newsletter subscriber status

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify features, content, or structure of our services

• Change pricing with 30 days notice to existing members

• Discontinue services with reasonable notice

• Update these terms and conditions (changes posted on this page)

Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Intellectual Property

Our Content:

• All content, frameworks, and materials are owned by Anywhere Consulting OÜ

• Protected by copyright and intellectual property laws

• You receive a limited license to use materials as specified

Your Content:

• If you share materials with us (in calls, emails, etc.), you retain ownership

• You grant us permission to use anonymized insights for educational purposes

• We will not share your specific information without permission

10. Disclaimers

Educational Purpose:

• AI Ready CMO provides educational content and guidance

• Content is for informational purposes, not professional advice

• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our content

No Guarantees:

• We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes

• Success depends on your implementation and circumstances

• Past results do not guarantee future performance

• We are not responsible for external content or services

• Use third-party services at your own risk

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others

• Scrape, copy, or systematically download our content

• Resell or redistribute our materials

• Use our services for illegal purposes

• Spam, harass, or abuse other members or our team

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Termination

We May Terminate:

• For violation of these terms

• For abusive or fraudulent behavior

• For any reason with reasonable notice

Upon Termination:

• Your access ends immediately

• No refunds for violations of terms

• You must cease using our materials

15. General Terms

Entire Agreement:

• These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement

• Supersedes any prior agreements or understandings

Severability:

• If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect

No Waiver:
